12 And Jesus answered and[a] said to him, “It is said, ‘You are not to put to the test the Lord your God.’”[b] 13 And when[c] the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from him until a favorable time.[d]

14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news about him went out throughout all the surrounding region.
